Our Story
Heaven Bites was born from a lifelong belief that real food should be fresh, intentional, and made with integrity.
I grew up in Brazil in a family where quality was never optional. My father was raised in the countryside, where everything on the table came straight from the source. My mother grew up in a large family where my grandmother cooked every meal from scratch with care and resourcefulness.
Industrialized food was never part of our story. Fresh ingredients, early mornings at the market, and respect for flavor shaped my palate from childhood.
In 2009, I refined that foundation at Le Cordon Bleu in Hollywood, Los Angeles, training in international cuisine and pastry arts under exceptional chefs. That experience elevated my technique while preserving the values I was raised with: quality first, always.
Today, Heaven Bites brings together Brazilian warmth and French culinary discipline. Each treat is crafted in small batches using premium ingredients—never artificial dyes or coloring. Whether for a celebration, corporate catering, or a personal treat, my mission is to bring artisanal, non-industrialized indulgence back to everyday moments.
